2. Functions
Seal and keep printhead moist: When the printer is standby or powered off, it closely fits the printhead surface to form a sealed cavity, preventing nozzle clogging caused by dried ink and maintaining a moist environment for the printhead.
Cleaning and ink suction: The built-in sponge pad absorbs residual ink and impurities on the printhead surface, and recycles waste ink together with the ink suction tube to avoid ink droplet accumulation.
Compatible with solvent-based ink: Specially designed for eco-solvent / solvent ink (SOL Ink), also compatible with water-based / UV ink, featuring corrosion resistance and anti-swelling performance.
Ensure printing quality: Avoid nozzle missing, ink deflection and ink streaking caused by dried ink, stabilize color performance and printing accuracy, and reduce waste orders.
Extend printhead service life: Reduce printhead dry clogging, corrosion and physical damage, and lower maintenance frequency as well as printhead replacement cost.
